feat: Update price to numeric type #52

Avoid use 'float' when storing precise numbers such as currency
This PR basically updates the entire price column in the Price table to be of type Numeric in PostgreSQL

Command ran to generate migration:

alembic revision --autogenerate -m "Update price column to Numeric type"
