As a user, I can NOT transfer to other user #2

Money transfer does NOT work, I receive an error on the screen.

Steps to reproduce

Log in with an active user

Go to My account tab

Try to transfer money to other account

Actual result: I can NOT transfer money to another account. Error pop-up appear

Expected results: As a user, I can transfer money to another account.
