option for SuperPutty to close when last Session closes #430

Use case: I'm using SuperPutty largely as multi-tabbed terminal (Minttys).

When I close the last terminal tab I have open, it would be nice for the 
SuperPutty app to close as well.  For instance, both the linux 'gterm' and mac 
'Terminal' programs can be configured to behave this way.

So, an option for "Close SuperPutty when last Session closes" would be a nice 
enhancement.

FWIW, here's a patch that implements this behavior.

Its just a hack which doesn't include any changes to the configuration dialogs 
or necessarily handle all error conditions correctly.

Still, its succinct and functional.
