The /test/ endpoint will now return multiple primary accounts (PA) + secondary accounts (SA).
Only up to one account will be the first primary account (PA1) that the current user signed up with.
Each account will have a no-pass login URL. It will be used to switch to the account belonging to a different user.
Each account will have an access type. It indicates the level of access (full/readonly) the current logged in user has to the account.

NB: Breaking changes involved, so data initialisation is required for local testing, otherwise Dashboard will not work if the feature flag is turned on.

As a client care team i want to be able to quickly send a new client an email requesting further information to progress their application through the ID / Financial checks so that we don't have to send these manually and the comms are branded correctly.

We believe that by automating the 3 key requests for more information emails it will save time for the client care team, bring the experience on brand and improve the client response rates.
