Clean up vietnamese page site.

try different color for the collapse/expand header (orange & green)
add triangle symbol/icon to let the user know that it can be collapse/expand

I added the triangle symbol, but I wasn't able to trigger the click event handler from regular jquery event.

I changed the color for the tab. Since I wasn't able to attach an event handler, I wasn't able to manipulate the color change or the triangle change on clicked.
