How to use smslib with 3G modem, I am using parameters as COM1 and 9600, but 
not working.

What is a "3G modem"? Do you have any other info (model, manufacturer, etc)?
Have you tried with other com ports or different baud rates?
What do you mean "not working"?

Such generic tickets/claims won't get much attention...
