Network Adapter Couldnot Establish Connection

Hi,

 when we make MODEM Idel for some time, it throws "Network Adapter Couldnot Establish Connection" Exception. After that Modem was unable to send Messages.

 I tried with all possible ways for finding the solution, but i can't get proper solution.

 I checked all my Database connections and configuration files, every thing is fine.

please help me regarding to this issue.

Can you share some info about your environment and your setup? Operating 
system, modem details etc.

THE MODEM DETAILS ARE  
MANUFACTURER:WAVECOM 
MODEL NO: Q2406B
OS: WINDOWS 7
DATABASE: ORACLE10G

   We have connected modem  to one system the database is running in other system

Hi

     Please find the attached log file for reference,

   As you can see in the log the connection is established when the system is running 

and terminating when the system is idle and regaining the connection again when 
the system is activated by user

This is a database error, not an SMSLib error.
Double check your db connection functions.
