TON and NPI settings #510

How can I set bindTypeOfNumber and bindNumberingPlanIndicator?

Because sms sending is not working, (receiving is OK), I think that I must set 
these two parameters (bindTypeOfNumber=5, bindNumberingPlanIndicator=1)

I use smslib for Java, ver. 3.5.2.

precisely, I need to setup smpp connection so that be:
SOURCE ADDRESS TypeOfNumber = 5;
SOURCE ADDRESS bindNumberingPlanIndicator= 1;
DEST ADDRESS TypeOfNumber = 1;
DEST ADDRESS bindNumberingPlanIndicator= 1;
That vars exist in SMPPGateway but not in JSMPPGateway.

It can be set as constants, never mind (I would never change them)...

Message is SENT but it is on PENDING status on SMS Center, and this message 
stuck all others incomming (Recipient: 38268406005 cannot receive no more 
message until this expire / after 24 hours)
