Applications can not be run after compilation #528

I made ​​SMSLib of Java applications, the application is already running in 
NetBeans, but after I compile and run my JAR. emerged among some other error
1. port list is not out
2. can not connect to the modem, and the message:

Comm library exception: java.lang.RuntimeException: 
javax.comm.NoSuchPortException
