Bluetooth connection problem

Hello, I'm using SMSLib to get recived sms from a phone or a device to the pc, 
but that is not my problem...
Does anyone know if there is any problem with the bluetooth connection?
I have an Huawei E220 and the program works fine, just take a few minutes to 
connect to device but using my Nokia 6310i with a bluetooth connection, I'm not 
able to have a stable connection with device...
I did a video for show you how it looks, the problem happen everytime that i 
try to do something in the port that connect my device trough bluetooth to my 
pc...
