What steps will reproduce the problem?

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
expected output is converting .rtf file as it is to .pdf file but it is missing 
the headers and footers for even numbered pages.

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
jodconverter 3.0 beta 4. windows xp

Please provide any additional information below.
