I have Probook 4540s by same config as yours.same cpu،wifi and ect.
I used your EFI folder to making bootable USB and installing Big Sur.
after installation I copy your EFI folder to EFI partition an dry to boot system without USB.
unfortunately my 4540s randomly goes to boot loop or kernel panic and I have to boot system using USB،after that if I restart laptop it boot normally.
I have to say that when I install Big Sur،my Bios version was F67 and after that Update it to F68 using a live windows USB،but no change in situations.(randomly kernel panic is still alive)
