build missing LIB #96

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. svn co ...
2. ./build.py -w

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?

Expected it to build, but got the following error:

Please provide any additional information below.

I can get ocelot to build by adding -L.release_build to the beginning of the 
last G++ command.  I have seen this before and was able to fix it by defining 
"LIBPATH=['.release_build']" in the environment.  I was not able to figure out 
how to do this to the provided ./ocelot/SConscript
