Add read status to comments #12

Comments that are old should be muted (darker background color and lighter foreground color?)

comments that are new should be highlighted (lighter background color, darker foreground color)

This may clash with comments that are hidden. This needs to be indicated some way. Probably with "x new replies".

There's also the issue of when will these comments be marked as read?
