Eject Out of Expo #5

For full compatibility, the app should be ejected out of Expo for the app to access the player's health data.

I've been able to deploy the app within the Expo Go app but deploying it into an EAS development build through uploading it onto the Cloud requires an Apple Developer account. I've decided to hold off on purchasing the account until the near future.
