Broadcast receiver for notification problem #43

service is started for notification in broadcast receiver which is halting whole other work because it keeps on creating service again and again.

No Need to add the broadcast receiver. Service is enough for showing notification even when the app is closed. Our main purpose to add broadcast receiver was to show notification when app is closed. Fixed.
