What postal code/address, search distance, and search date have you set
Now Playing to?

Location: Greenbelt, MD 20770
Search Distance: 15 (also tried 50)
Search Date: 05/17/2009 (Today)
Reviews: Metacritic
Auto-Update Location: yes
Country: US
Language: English

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Click on Theaters icon at bottom.
2. Click on Name tab at top.
3. Scroll to "R" or click on search icon and search for "majestic".

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?

No listing for Regal Majestic 20 in Silver Spring, MD, appears in the list of
theaters. Unfortunately, this is probably the movie theater I go to the
most....

Theater info can be found at the following web pages:
http://www.fandango.com/regalmajesticcinema20_aaron/theaterpage
http://www.regmovies.com/theatrelocations/default.aspx?state=MD

Why doesn't it show up in Now Playing? It used to. I certainly remember
seeing it listed in the past (I even starred it), but it's not listed anymore.

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
Now Playing 3.6

Please provide any additional information below.

What is your email address? This information is optional, but
recommended. It is used by the developer so he can contact you for more
details.

Theater listings are not something i control. They are dependent on the
decisions of the theater manager.
Please ask them to list themselves with either Tribune or Cinemasource. When
they do, they will appear
automatically in NowPlaying.

Well, I thought it might be a bug in the code you use to parse the theater
listings. All
the other Regal theaters in the area are listed, but this one theater isn't,
which seemed
highly suspicious.

Hi Edward,

It's not a bug in my code. That theater is not reporting their listings to
tribune or cinemasource. You can see
that by checking out the listings here:
http://google.com/movies?sc=1&near=20770&rl=1

As you can see, even Google doesn't know about this theater. When teh issue is
resolved between the theater
and those data providers, then they will show up again automatically in
NowPlaying.
