Item editor does not open in Designer on specific content #295

If the item file contains certain invalid content, the openHAB Designer 
completely fails to open the editor with an exception.

A line where this happens is:
Contact contact_Ovikello "BI4_D Ovikello" (ALL) knx="0/2/31"
