Add mjpeg support in HABDroid

Many webcams provide an mjpeg video stream under a normal url like 
http://<webcam>/video.mjpg
Webbrowsers can usually show these in a normal image tag - thus it works nicely 
in the ClassicUI inside an image widget.

Currently, HABDroid fails in showing such content. It would be nice if support 
for mjpg was added to HABDroid's image widget. It seems as if Android is in 
general capable of it:
