Implement an AirVantage persistence bundle

AirVantage is a cloud service for managing fleets of M2M/IoT systems, and 
provides API for storing data as well as later retrieve consolidated data. It 
is definitely a good fit for an openHAB persistence bundle :)

I have an implementation available here 
https://github.com/kartben/org.openhab.persistence.airvantage (with a short 
demo and blog post here: 
http://airvantage.github.io/blog/2013/08/08/openhab-with-airvantage/) that I 
would like to contribute to the upcoming release. 
I will make the code available in a cloned repo and polish the code and 
documentation before submitting it to you guys for review.
