Diamond DA40 TDI ECU_SWP, ECU_TST and ENG_MASTER switches #190

Hi,

is there a possibility to enable the following three switches for the Diamond DA40 TDI in the Plugin (hopefully they are availiable in simconnet though):

ECU swap switch (switch between Automatic <-> ECU B)
ECU Test (just a push button - does not stay activated when released)
Engine Master (switch between on <-> off)

And perhaps there is also the possibility to enable the warning confirmation switch (also just a push button): Warning

I can't find any SimConnect event for ECU.

For the engine, have you tried TOGGLE_MASTER_IGNITION_SWITCH or ENGINE?

Warning button is not a SimConnect event either.

Yes, I already tried TOGGLE_MASTER_IGNITION_SWITCH and ENGINE with no effect.

Per any chance, do you know, if is this planned for MSFS in the future to add this to simconnect. I asume this needs to be done by Asobo.

Yah how aircraft react to SimConnect variables/events are up to aircraft dev (i.e. Asobo for default aircraft). Asobo has given very little effort on modernizing SimConnect design so far, so I wouldn't put too much hope there.

I have opend a zendesk issue regarding the missing simconnect variables. It is issue "Request #95444 Missing SimConnect variables for the Diamond DA40 TDI"
