Since we store IDs in strings, increase in Twitter's Id property won't affect 
SocialAuth.Net. As regarding API upgrade, SocialAuth.NET is still working fine 
(Old Twitter API expired on 13th March 2013). Definitely we'd update API when 
Twitter's 2.0 implementation in out.
