GoogleHybridWrapper, IUserSessionPersistance and LinkedIn1Wrapper files missing in the project #196

As I'm using the component in VS2008 project I need to recompile the library 
for this version. However, opening the Core project results in the above files 
referenced by the project file physically missing. 

I searched for their use within the project and it seems they are not used at 
all. So I removed them, fixed some problems with function input parameters 
default values which are not allowed in the version of .NET framework I use and 
the project compiled.

So it looks like they really are not needed. And yet the GoogleHybridWrapper is 
mentioned in the list of changes as something that should be used. Can you 
please fix that description and remove the references from the project so that 
others are not confused? If the files in fact are needed, then they should be 
added to the project.

Thanks for raising this issue. However, we've deliberately did this as we 
intend to support this library VS2010 (.NET 4.0) onwards only. We aren't 
planning to support vs2008 (nor have plans for that)
