Is there a library that would work with .net framework 3.5? #214

I got this error, after I copied the DLL files inside SocialAuth-net-2.2.zip.

Error   1   Could not load file or assembly 'Newtonsoft.Json' or one of its 
dependencies. This assembly is built by a runtime newer than the currently 
loaded runtime and cannot be loaded.
