It seems that auto searching found the configuration file from my SSD disk first. This method is quite unstable
The script uses the first partition it finds as the root partition. There is an entry on the main menu to help you change the root partition.

This should've solved my problem. But I'm not sure since all my USB disks are dead
I have Manjaro installed on my SSD, using grub2, AIO-boot installed on my USB disk. Now I tried to boot grub2 in UEFI mode, it loaded configuration from my SSD disk, not my USB disk.
