Have you provide cache policy for CacheManagerProvider ( view in example project or you can custom your own)

Hi, I have updated the document for easy to use. Then let me explain something, cause this lib still developing about HLS caching mechanism:

HLS will be saved in your file system while you are using Video component inside CacheProvider, you can access cacheManager.cacheFolder from useProxyCacheManager hook to see your HLS segments file here.
For message "HLS not supported yet": that happened when you are using my LFUPolicy ( it only accept saved files in provided capacity), then if your saved files out of capacity that will told CacheProvider unlink the oldest file and current it not support unlink your HLS segment file that why you see this warning. So I will provide way for you can implement the evictHandler by yourself. Let see my PR!
