Add name and team formatting for "Add player" feature #5

A user can add anyone (or anything) to Fibase database, so it would be nice if we add more formatting and typo security to avoid using delete player feature (like described in issue #4)

To remove :

[x] Spacing before and after "Name N."
[x] Put caps at both names
[x] Add dot if there is not
[x] If last name have more than 1 letter, remove them
[x] Handle if there is two same names (maybe add a second letter to last name until it is free)
