Results Section #3

ready for you to read, @vnminin

In reality, the results section is still empty. I spent most of this cycle working back through the references as my mentor suggested and re-deriving the model more cleanly as you suggested. The model rewrite is actually much easier than either of us thought... I found a couple of books on Survival Analysis. The likelihood used in the paper is 100% standard for censored data.

Anyways, I'll be dedicating 100% of my time out of class to 572 this week and will have a more robust results section in a couple of days.

Oops. I just commented on the old version. Please sort out my comments and your new text and then ping me again.

On another note, yes Survival analysis helps, but don't fall in love with it too much, because it deals with iid time to even data, not Markov processes. There are lots of parallels with CTMCs, but they are not always perfect.
