Migrate to Azure Pipelines CI

Time to finish with flaky builds and complex CI! :tada: With this we have in 1 place:

Windows+Linux * 2 Node.js versions (minimal + latest) builds
Android builds on MacOS (3 builds, published as artifacts so installable directly to test!)
Faster builds 💃
No more need to manage 3 differents configs + a custom docker image

And coming soon as it's now way easier:

iOS builds
Auto publish website variants so quick visual checks will be easy before release
Automated release! (need to figure out a better way for changelog though, maybe migrate to conventional changelogs?)

After just one run it's already looking more solid than our previous CI options 😃
