Updated to latest version of Angular 11.

@angularclass/hmr Hot Module Replacement (HMR) has been removed, this feature was updated/fixed in angular 11

ng serve --hmr

maybe a new script????

Updated all angular dependencies (NOT IONIC, NOT ELECTRON)
