Translation not working on iOS 13 #1130

Current behavior

All the labels are not translated (i see the relative key). The same app works if installed/downloaded from Apps Store on iOS 12.

Expected behavior

All the labels should be translated.

Environment


ngx-translate version: 8.x.x
Angular version: 5.2.11


OS:
- [x] iOS 13 (device)

For Tooling issues:
- Node version: 10.16
- Platform: Ionic 3/Angular 5 on Mac

Please provide a reproduce repo for this problem.

Same problem, on mobile safari the translation not take effect.
