Add support for Angular 13

Current behavior

Compiling of the package fails with following error when using Angular 13:

Expected behavior

Compilation doesn't fail

How do you think that we should fix this?

export the debugName property

Minimal reproduction of the problem with instructions

Update to latest angular version.

Environment

@ngx-translate/core: "^13.0.0",
@ngx-translate/http-loader: "^6.0.0",
Angular version: 13.0.0


For Tooling issues:
- Node version: v16.13.0
- Platform:  Windows

Others:
