Remove not needed dependencies from the list #71

The both core-js and zonejs are only needed by the tests, hence moving them to the devDependencies.

Hello, thanks for the PR but it doesn't really matter, the package.json file that is used to publish the library is here: /projects/ngx-translate/http-loader/package.json
