[Bug] Sometimes toast not being removed from UI automatically

Current behavior

Auto close toast message, sometimes not being automatically removed from UI. And Just stucks-up there. We can do nothing but refresh the page to remove it.

Expected behavior

Auto close toasts should get removed automatically everytime.

Minimal reproduction of the problem with instructions

Randomly create toasts, some times you will be able to reproduce the issue
