the FPGA's p/n is different under SCHinPDF and Document #1

here https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=51371 it is 'XC6SLX150 -2FGG484I' but https://github.com/ngzhang/Icarus/blob/master/PCB/SCHinPDF/Icarus.pdf shows 'XC6SLX150-N3FG484C'

oh, it's really the same in the PCB design. use any speed/ temp grade FPGAs on that PCB is possible.
