dwgsim hangs when generating more than one contig's worth of data #67

...with a -x argument (might be a red herring)

current workaround: split -x bed be contig, generate reads, and merge them afterwards.

@yfarjoun I can't reproduce locally (tried on a small example file), but feel free to repopen if you have a BED file and FASTA I can try to reproduce with.
