Ignore binaries and object files #7

After executing 'make' command the repository is not clean any more, it does not make sense to add this binaries to Git, they should be ignored in .gitignore. I'm a heavy user of DWGSIM I don't care to do it myself if you want.

Any objection to using github's own gitignore policy? https://github.com/github/gitignore I was thinking using the C.gitignore, Perl.gitignore, and Python.gitignore.
