SDL2 fixes and a lot less excluded Stackage exclutables

With the update to latest nixpkgs master including many fixes I have upstreamed (#61), and @cdepillabout's improvements landed (#50):

• systemd disappeared as a big blocker
• SDL based executables finally build
• Reduction of excluded Stackage executables from 31 to 20
