build script for ppc #6

I've attached a build script based on the build32.sh to build openjdk on 
powerpc. It uses the openjdk build from 
http://landonf.bikemonkey.org/2009/12/16#OpenJDK_7_PPC.20091205 to bootstrap 
and applies a few additional patches. I've done very basic testing of this on a 
Mac mini running 10.5.8.

I'll commit this script, as soon as I get more info about what to do now with 
print_register_info now.
