CRAN package not available #13

Hey there, just a heads up the readme recommends installing the cran package, but it looks like metamicrobiomeR has been removed from cran.

Hi, Thanks all for trying the package "metamicrobiomeR". The package was removed from R cran due to newly update of the "dplyr" package. I will try to find time to adjust the "metamicrobiomeR" package to make it compatible with the new "dplyr" package and put it back to R cran.
