What does ENUM have to do with encryption?

Hi,
encryption makes only sense if you have end to end connections. If your carrier
decrypts your datastream to route it over the phone system, the connection is
not safe. The solution to bypass any carrier, is Enum! The encryption itself is
not the difficult part, if you've established an end to end connection.
Best Regards,
Joerg
PS: This is important for me, because I live in Germany, which is the country
with the highest count of eavedropped phone calls in the western world. And in
opposite to other western countries, you will not be informed afterwards, that
your phone call was recorded.

ENUM dialing is now implemented in Lumicall http://www.lumicall.org - it also
has ICE/TURN support for NAT traversal, TLS, DNS SRV lookups and many other
major enhancements that are essential for VoIP to work properly
