Support for GitLab Merge Request Reviews #68

Just wondering if there is support if it can be added for GitLab Merge Request Reviews. I use these a lot so that it adds all the MR comments once I'm finished reviewing instead of every time I make a comment.

This is something I'd really like to see. We'll buy EE licenses for our entire team once this is available.
