Block highlight/drawing by hand when using Spen

Please add this feature, if it's not too hard to.
When using Spen a hand sometimes is touching the screen and draws unintended 
lines.

What steps will reproduce the problem?
Use Spen with the free drawing tool

What is the expected output?
Drawing by hand is disabled, only Spen input will be accepted

What do you see instead?
Both Spen and a hand are drawing lines.

What version of the product are you using?
2.2.4

On what operating system?
Android 4.4

What device are you using?
Samsung NotePro

Ok. Let's discuss it. Now we have option to show drawing tools by spen. Do you 
propose to change its behaviour: show drawing tools _only_ by spen, or add new 
option? I think that new one can be confusing with existing one.

Or you mean drawing tool behaviour itself: accept events only from spen? In 
this case it is definetly a new option.
