Lack of expected keyboard shortcuts #511

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Use Pencil like any similar graphics design program

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
I expect to:
-move elements with keyboard arrows (hold down "shift" to move faster)
-cmd+r for properties (or something similar)
-cmd+[ or ] for moving forward or back
-hold SHIFT to constrain movement
-hold SHIFT to constrain proportions when scaling
-cmd+option+c to set canvas size
-even better, an interface for adding ones own shortcuts

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
2.02, OSX 10.7.5
