updates pkgdown style by adding _pkgdown.yml
attempts to fix broken dependencies in Travis bioc-devel build

Merging - builds are passing on Appveyor (Windows) and Travis (Ubuntu), except for bioc-devel on Travis machines. This appears to be due to outdated dependencies on bioc-devel, which will be corrected eventually by the authors of those various packages.
