Pass dot arguments correctly #51

add ... arguments to modtest_ic to be passed to limma:topTable
fix use of ... arguments in RNA-seq utility function (ignored previously)
pass adjust argument through modtest_ic correctly (ignored previously)
change all uses of as.data.frame to the more modern tibble::as_tibble
update description of package in README.Rmd
fix/updated bibliographic materials
update documentation, re-build pkgdown, re-style code
minor version bump v1.7.0 -> v1.7.1
