Bioc Build Failure #47

Current (v3.10) Bioconductor builds are failing on all platforms. See https://bioconductor.org/checkResults/devel/bioc-LATEST/methyvim/. This needs to be resolved as soon as possible in order to avoid package deprecation in the next release (v3.11).
