fix dependencies for CI #18

Addresses a few problems in package building for continuous integration systems:

Adds package nnls to Suggests to enable building of vignette on Travis machines.
Adds package Rsolnp to Suggests to enable building of vignette on Travis machines.
Installs dependency package data.table from GitHub on Travis and Appveyor machines.
