Support SASL #7

  1. manually entering the password of the user for each SASL connection without permanently saving the password and then autojoining the channels.
  2. permanently saving the password of the user and not asking for it for each SASL connection and then autojoining the channels.

It would be cool if we could just use public key authentication via SASL. Compare https://weechat.org/files/doc/stable/weechat_user.en.html#irc_sasl_ecdsa_nist256p_challenge
