Broken Downloads link in 'Getting started' #149

Under Binaries: "Git and Subversion repository information and downloads list is available on the main downloads page, and will be updated whenever new releases are available."

The "main downloads page" links to http://fluentnhibernate.org/downloads, which currently resolves to a Github 404 page. Were the release binaries moved elsewhere and someone just forgot to update this wiki entry?

The release binaries are now only available through Nuget and our CI server, we don't host the binaries stand alone anymore.

Updated the wiki with a reference to nuget.
